Our beer truffles were recognized in the Beer Advocate Magazine. The beer truffles are enrobed in dark French chocolate. The dark chocolate ganache filling is infused with one of the four international beers: Guinness (Irish), Young's English Stout Double Chocolate Beer, St. Bernardus Abt 12 Belgium Beer, and Celebrator Dopplebock German Beer. Beer truffles are seasonal after summer months.
