Shipping Deadlines
We ship via 2nd Day, Monday - Wednesday and via Next Day Air Saver Monday - Friday. Orders received by 12 Noon CST can be shipped the same day. 2nd Day orders received after 12 Noon CST on Wednesday or at any time on Thursday or Friday will be shipped on Monday. NOTE: During select times of year we will ship on Saturday for Monday (overnight) or Tuesday (2 Day) delivery--an additional charge may apply.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the 48 Continental States, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to remote Alaska and Hawaii locations, an additional charge will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Locations
We suggest shipping to a location where you know somebody will be available to receive the package, for example, the recipient's workplace. UPS may leave gifts at a destination in which no one is home. But keep in mind, our gifts are perishable and shouldn't be exposed to the elements for too long, especially warm or freezing weather conditions.
Warm Weather Shipping
Not to worry! During the summer months, we ship our products in specially designed cartons and ice packs. For shipping in certain warm weather regions, we use these cartons and ice packs year round. To cover the cost of the additional packaging, a nominal charge is added to our regular shipping rates.
- AL, AR, CA, FL, LA, MS, ND, NM, TX require warm-climate insulated shippers year round. From March 17th - October 23rd these states also require overnight delivery. Appropriate shipping rates and charges apply.
- AR, CO, DE, DC, GA, ID, KS, NJ, NY, OK, SC, TN, UT, WV, WY require warm-climate insulated shippers from March 1st - November 27th.
- AK, CT, IL, IN, IA, HI, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, VT, VA, WA, WI require warm-climate insulated shippers from May 30th - October 15th.
Shipping Delays
Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible.
